The staff was super responsive at check-in by 4 pm. Loved the spacious room and the free WiFi for keeping up with the news.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with late-night staff assistance with over-the-counter medication, made my stay more pleasant.

Everything is what I need and want.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The location is in a perfect location so that you do not have to travel far for good restaurant's or shopping.

I thought the room would include a microwave. If u needed to warm anything, you had to go to lobby to do so. Not a deal breaker but could be inconvenient.

The front desk person named Jeanette was very friendly, helpful , and made us feel very welcomed

Only coffee available was Starbucks, location is tricky if you do not know exactly where you are going.

We visited the City Park nearby, perfect for the kids! Especially Kunyealo at check-in, were great to ensure we had everything we needed.

My kids wished for more activities for little ones.

thank you for a great stay, we would not hesitate to return there. the staff are incredible, the hotel is beautifully kept and with wonderful location so close to restaurants and shopping and raleigh or greensboro and so very convenient. the rooms are functional and outstanding.

Location only..

The first room had a bad smell.. The second room was also a handicapped room which we did not want. The vanity was so small you only had a place for a glass and toothbrush. It was behind the bathroom door which meant in order for a person to exit the person using the vanity needed to move. Behind the toilet were rust stains on the tile floor which had culminated over time, this did not make you feel the bathroom had been cleaned well for a long time. With all of that said you could not even get a cup of coffee in the morning with out paying an outrageous price for a not so fresh Starbucks out of a pump carafe. I have never had to pay for a cup of coffee at a place like this..

A Nice Stay with Really good Service

I stayed for two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The cleanliness of my room stood out, and the staff, especially Jeannette, provided personalized attention. Take advantage of the Bistro for breakfast. They serve scrumptious meals that elevate your mornings! Highly recommend!

From the time I walked through front door the staff treated is really nice.. Giving my grandson a cupcake from the back. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The staff demonstrated great customer service and were quick to assist, especially during a late-night request. The prolonged check-in wait was a minor inconvenience, and the room's AC could be finicky, leading to a muggy atmosphere if not managed well. Nonetheless, the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions.
